I thought I would update everyone on how Jace is doing!  He’s getting so big!  At his 6 month well baby he weighted 16 1/2 pounds and was a little over 26 inches long. He has one little tooth just barely up.  You can feel the top of it in there. He’s working on sitting on his own but he would much rather be standing.    Instead of crawling he has started doing this back scoot.  He lies flat on his back and arches up and pushes with his legs.  He’s getting around pretty good doing this.  We got his allergy test back and they show no allergies.  He’s doing so well with eating solids.  We’re up to meats now and he loves them!  And this morning he grabbed some of his banana and put it in his mouth on his own!  What a big boy he’s getting to be!  And he can use a sippy cup with the best of them.  He’s learned now that he needs to lift his arms up to get the water out of the cup.

I took Jace down to Sears in Evansville to get his 6 month pictures done. They turned out so well!! He’s just too darn cute!!

In June Pop came up from Texas, Uncle Ron and Uncle Eddie came up from Florida for Nikki’s wedding.

On Monday we went to the Beach at Lincoln. Jace loved it so much. Here he is trying out his raft before we went in the water.

Today I got to go to my first wedding. Aunt Nik got hitched to my new Uncle Ron which means I now have a new cousin too and her name is Alysia.

Daddy and mommy didn’t take very many photos since there was a photographer there and they told me most photographers don’t like a bunch of people taking pictures when they are because the flash can mess up the pictures they are taking.

Daddy did however get a rare video at the wedding. He got Gram-Gram and Grandpa dancing. Daddy was being silly and asked if anyone had a bucket of water because he did not want any more brothers or sisters. All the relatives thought it was funny and I thought Aunt Jodi, Aunt Nik, Great-Uncle Ron and Great-Uncle Eddie were going to fall on the floor laughing.

After the wedding we got home and I was in a really good mood. Daddy decided it was time to play with me and mommy hurried and got the camera to catch me laughing when daddy was being silly with me. It tickled a whole bunch too.
