Jace is getting so big now! Where did our baby go? He’s a toddler now!! He’s now getting 4 more teeth in…yes count them4!  First it was just an eye tooth, which made him look a little like a hillbilly with the two bottom ones! But then the other eye tooth started to pop out and then the next day the two in the front! He self feeds all finger foods and what ever he can pick up on his own.  He still just likes to play with the spoon. WE ARE PACI FREE!!!

St. Nick made it to our house this year! Jace didn’t know what to think when he got up and there we gifts in his stuffing. I wonder what the big round thing was? St. Nick left a big Micky Mouse Ball, a play cell phone, a book, a Santa drinking cup and some candy (not much)!

10 months old and walking! Can you believe it? Well I can’t! But seeing is believing!

Of course every parent thinks their child is the smartest in the world! But Jace is pretty darn smart! He’s doing some animal sounds already when asked. He can do a horse and cow and can tell you what a car sounds like. He can make other sounds but those are the ones he can do when asked.

He does the cutest things. The other night I was eating chips and dip and I handed Jace a chip to eat. He ate one and then the next one he leaned into the bowl and tried to dip his chip just like mommy was. So I helped him dip it and then he said “MMM”.

We have so much to be thankful for this year! We had a super day today! Dave and I put up the tree last night after Jace went to bed. When he woke up this morning we had the lights on the tree all turned on and the house was dark but the glow from the tree. We bought Jace out to the living room and his eyes just lit up! He loved it. He’s done pretty good today about not touching.

We went and had Thanksgiving dinner with Grandma and Papaw. Aunt Annette gave Jace his first gift of the year. We now have Christmas tunes to play in the car!

Last night Jace and I went to the square to see Santa! After seeing Santa a few times this summer, he’s like an old friend to Jace! A little boy the same age of Jace went in the see Santa a few people ahead of us and you would hear him screaming…I knew Jace would be different! We went in and he went right to him and just smiled at him!

My Montage 12/10/07

Santa gave Jace a small treat bag of candy. Daddy and I ate most of it but Jace got his first taste of a Candy Cane. At first he wasn’t sure what I was putting in his mouth. But once he got that taste…MMMMM…he started sucking on it like it was his paci! He also loved the Smarties that I shared with him! Someone has a sweet tooth (I wonder which one of his two is the sweet one?)

On Halloween morning Jace helped me crave the pumpkin! I made it to look like Jace! Two front teeth! LOL
