Jace had so much fun this month. We went to see Disney Live, Blues Clues live and went to his first Skate Birthday Party.

He loved Roller Skating! At first he wanted to hold my hand all the time. And I thought for sure I was going to be so sore the next day from holding him up. But then he got the hang of it. It was more of a walk then a roll, but hey he was doing it on his own! Then he started to get in the the music and dancing to the beat! It was so cute!

Disney Live was great because the theme was music, so Jace really liked that.

Blues Clues was fun too! He wasn’t sure what to think at first with Blues Clues. He looked at me and said “Their people?” meaning that they were all actors dressed up like Blues Clues!

Today is Jace’s 3rd birthday.  I can’t believe that it’s been 3 years already!

I made some cupcakes to go along with the cake incase everyone shows up and we don’t have enough.  I’m sure we will have enough though.

Supper today was Jace’s choice, Hot Dogs.

Dave and I gave Jace his gifts before his party.  He got a new BIG boy bike, a RC Car and some games.

Jace had so much fun at his little party.  His favorite gift was the Harmonica that Aunt Jessica gave him.

Well Jace’s birthday cake is finally done.  It didn’t turn out as nice as I would have liked but it looks good.  I think anytime you make something it’s not as good as you hoped.

Plus, Jace thought he would help by putting an icing covered Mater on top of the cake when momma was out of the room looking for another icing tip.  So I ended up having to do the edging a second time on the bottom part.  I wasn’t too happy about that.  I guess that’s where he thought it should had been!

This past Thursday we didn’t have anything else to do, so Jace and I took Mamaw with us to Evansville to the Children’s Museum, CMOE.  Jace LOVED it so much!  He kept asking and asking to go back.  So today (just 3 days later) Jace and I drove back to Evansville to go back.  Again he had so much fun.  He loves the drum room best.  I’m starting to think that’s the only reason he really likes it! LOL

Tomorrow is Jace’s 3rd Birthday.   I can’t believe how old he is already!  I’ve been working on his birthday cake.  He kept changing his mind, but ended with a Mater cake.  I’m making half Strawberry and half Chocolate.  Which is proving to be a little harder then I thought since I have to butt two cakes together.  The Chocolate cake ended up higher then the Strawberry, so but I think I’ve got them pretty evened out.
